Great product, poor service

I love the products on Hopes Healthy Treats, including this one. But I didn't receive my order for two weeks despite the delivery estimate being a lot shorter than this. I emailed and had to wait a while between replies. This is the second time that my order has arrived late and communication has been lacking, I don't plan to place another order until communication and service improves, please work on this because your store is amazing and I'd like to support you!

XS bamboo root

I received a lovely piece of bamboo root. It’s a great size and shape. It’s tall enough for a hamster to run through it but low enough for a hamster to safely climb on it. It’s not wobbly at all which I was pleasantly surprised about.
