Bamboo Root

spent close to £50 on this order and I’m really disappointed. I understand that I ordered the small/extra small size, but I genuinely did not expect it to be this tiny for the price paid. This was my first time ordering and unfortunately will be my last. The packaging was very poor, the box wasn’t even taped properly and had a huge gaping hole underneath. The branches were just shoved inside with some tissue paper and brown paper placed on top, not even wrapped around them to protect against breakage during postage.For a small business and an order of this value, I was also disappointed there was no thank you card or any sort of personal touch. I understand this may not be something the company does, but every other small business I’ve ordered from has included at least a simple thank you note, sometimes even with cheaper orders. Overall, it’s a real shame considering how much money I spent.

Ordered the x-small as couldn't afford to get anything bigger at the moment and am so impressed! Its still a really great size! Can't wait for our hamster to start using it, its big and chunky so perfect for a bridge up onto a platform.

I was really looking forward to this after my friend got an amazing piece but this was by far just not good. The shape is weird and it just looks like a lump of driftwood
