Silver Birch Slices x3

I ordered the silver birch slices x3 and am disappointed with what I received. They look nothing like the picture on website and are not all the correct sizes. I had 2 the correct size and one much much larger so are no good for the intended purpose as I needed 3 roughly the same as described on website . Sent 2 emails with pictures describing my disappointment and they have not even bothered to reply to either. It’s a shame as everything else in the order was as described and good quality but the lack of reply from the retailer is disappointing.

Nice birch slices, but the birch slices received were slanted ovals, whereas the ones in this photo are round circles.
