Java Branch

spent close to £50 on this order and I’m really disappointed this being the most expensive. I understand that I ordered the small/extra small size, but I genuinely did not expect it to be this tiny for the price paid. This was my first time ordering and unfortunately will be my last. The packaging was very poor, the box wasn’t even taped properly and had a huge gaping hole underneath. The branches were just shoved inside with some tissue paper and brown paper placed on top, not even wrapped around them to protect against breakage during postage.For a small business and an order of this value, I was also disappointed there was no thank you card or any sort of personal touch. I understand this may not be something the company does, but every other small business I’ve ordered from has included at least a simple thank you note, sometimes even with cheaper orders. Overall, it’s a real shame considering how much money I spent.

I ordered the large branch not realising it was so big. It takes up quite a lot of a 50x100 cage but my hamster loves it and likes climbing over it and nibbling on it. It's also really soft so no worries of it hurting their little feet.

Great addition to my gerbil’s home. Making a natural habitat for them and explore. Good price for size. Good quality, definitely recommend

The photos don't do it justice. I bought both sizes. They are a perfect size, lovely and chunky and gorgeously smooth. Excellent value for money. Definitely highly recommend!!

Love this, my hamster enjoys climbing on it.
