Very useful for spot cleaning sand baths especially for bits of bedding that end up in the sand bath. Slightly bigger than I was expecting.

So glad I found this on Hope’s site. I have tried various scoops and sieves, none of which have not been quite right but at last the perfect sand box tool for my Syrian. I also use a smaller tool to get damp sand from the corners but this is perfect for removing other debris from the box. I agree with another reviewer that it is perhaps a little big but this is not a problem in a big sand box.
This is the only thing I’ve ordered from the website that I don’t like. It’s much bigger than expected and makes it hard to shovel the sand out. The holes are also too big to clean a lot of mess, it just goes right through.
