The treats were great quality and loved by my rabbit but very disappointed about value for money as the amount of treats for the cost was surprisingly low. From placing the order to items being delivered took 16 days and the only confirmation of order or shipment emails were received after sending emails to enquire about my order. For all of these reasons it was a poor experience buying from here hence the low rating..
