Sand Blasted Branch

spent close to £50 on this order and I’m really disappointed. I understand that I ordered the small/extra small size, but I genuinely did not expect it to be this tiny for the price paid. This was my first time ordering and unfortunately will be my last. The packaging was very poor, the box wasn’t even taped properly and had a huge gaping hole underneath. The branches were just shoved inside with some tissue paper and brown paper placed on top, not even wrapped around them to protect against breakage during postage.For a small business and an order of this value, I was also disappointed there was no thank you card or any sort of personal touch. I understand this may not be something the company does, but every other small business I’ve ordered from has included at least a simple thank you note, sometimes even with cheaper orders. Overall, it’s a real shame considering how much money I spent.

These are such a good size! My dwarf hamster loves climbing these!

I received a nice big branch. (Purchased medium) 4 stars because there are big cracks down the length of it which could trap little limbs, but I will stuff with moss.

Lovely little branch, looks perfect in my hamsters cage and delivery was super quick

The branch is small but perfect size for the hamster cage that we have with everything else that we have in place. My hamster loved it straight away.
